It’s not often that my own kids let me take pictures of them. Usually I’m in stealth mode trying to grab a snapshot here and there. If my camera is out, more often than not I’m hearing some kind of grumbling from them. In fact, my daughter has a t-shirt with a picture of a camera on it that says “This is not a photo opportunity.” Such is the life with a couple of teenagers around the house. It’s really a shame because, as you can see below, they are beautiful kids.
For my money, it’s worth the occassional moaning and groaning in order to capture some nice portraits of them. Here are a few images from our all too brief portrait session this evening. Hope you enjoy them.
Beautiful children; Beautiful photos Jeff! :)

Tell Jimmie Dean he is cool.
Jeff,
These pics are wonderful. You and Carrie have beautiful children. Your daughter looks like her beautiful mommma. Your son, handsome like his dad. I’ve seen some of your earlier albums of pics you’ve taken of the outdoors, concerts, weather, sunsets, etc. Neat that you can take an interest and make it into an enjoyable hobby.
My family will be heading to Ohio again this spring/early summer. Still interested in visiting your church. Will keep in touch as to date so we can be the location where you are playing.
Btw, the profile pic you recently had up of you and Carrie, it was great. It seems like just yesterday we were all in the youth group at Perrysburg Baptist. I remember when you, my cousin Paul had your own concert for everyone. Good times!!
Thank you so much for the kind words Joelle. Great to hear from you. You’re right, time sure flies. Please drop me a line when you’re going to be in town. I hope all is well.
