I’ve known Sean and his family for a long time. From the years as backyard neighbors to all the years Sean and our son, Sam, played soccer together. They are good people and I was honored when they asked me to take Sean’s senior pictures.
Now, when an 18 year old’s Mom schedules a photo shoot for him, you can imagine how excited he is to have his picture taken. I haven’t met too many guys that were thrilled to go to a photo shoot. For the most part, they’re just appeasing Mom. That said, Sean was a great sport and we got some really cool images.
I wanted to find a great location and make this fun for Sean. My wife had heard about this old abandoned railroad car so we searched it out to see how it would work as a backdrop for this portrait session. It turned out to be awesome.
I love how these images turned out, but the real test is always what the client thinks. I received this from Sean’s Mom as she was narrowing down her selections, “too many great shots…you really got his personality!!” Being able to capture someone’s personality in a series of images – I can think of no higher compliment. Thanks again Sean, Terri and Mike. I hope you enjoy these images for years to come.
Here are a few of my favorites.
These picutres are great. You know you’ve set the bar pretty high, both girls can’t wait for their day with Mr. and Mrs Harris and their very own photo shoot. I have to admit, I’m looking forward to it as well. Thanks again!!!
Thanks so much Terri. Looking forward to the photo shoots with each of the girls.
