Recently I spent a cold winter morning at Sidecut Park in Maumee, OH. It was a beautiful morning. There was freshly fallen snow on the ground, the air was crisp and the sun was glorious. I kind of felt like that kid from the movie “A Christmas Story” all bundled up in my snow gear, but at least I was warm.
Here are a few shots from that morning.
Hi Jeff, Found your page through the elegant teams forum. I love especially these winter ones. They really look amazing how they are processed. Which part of the day did you do them?
Good luck with your work.
Csaba
Thanks so much for the kind words Csaba. I’m glad you liked those pics. They were shot early in the morning right at sunrise. The light was great and really cast some nice shadows across the landscape. If I remember correctly, there wasn’t much post processing done other than a few basic tweaks in Lightroom (contrast, sharpness, etc…) and, of course, the conversion to B&W.
